We fabricate, stress relive and accurately machine Stator Ring. Our product has been exported by Indian wind mill makers to their principals abroad.

Also rotor Hub and Blade Adapter Casting and Nacelle Bed Frames are manufacturer in fabricated, galvanised and machined conditions.  The generating parts manufactured by us are Main Carrier, Stator Bell, Stator Ring, Disc Rotor, Stator Plate and Stator frame.

ROTOR HUB

Finish machined for inter changeablity, ultrasonically tested for reliability.  Cast in S.G. Iron grade  GGG-40.3

STEEL TOWER

Made from tested steel plates with perfect fit-ment and ultrasonically tested welding radio-graphic testing at important joints (Any Height)

BLADE ADAPTOR

This fixes rotor blade to Rotor hub.  The castings are ultrasonically tested, finish machined ensures inter-changeability.  Cast in S.G. Iron grade GGG-10-3
