WATER RING VACUUM PUMP & COMPRESSORS

Vacunair has been awarded the first National Award from National Research & Development Corporation (NRDC), New Delhi in 1973. Our Vacuum Pumps having only one moving part (i.e. Impeller) which is dynamically balanced as per ISO 1940-1973(E) Class G 6.3.

Also all wearing parts are cylinderical to have easy maintenance. The special features of this design has unique advantage over other design. It can handle vapours, slug of liquids, dust and dirt, ash corrosive gases, combustible gases etc.

Vacunair has supplied & Commissioned 16 Set (32 Nos.) Water Ring Vacuum at Sanjay Gandhi Thermal Power Station, M.P. Electricity Board, Shahdol (MP) worth Rs.100 lacs through M/s. DC Industrial Plant Services Ltd., Calcutta for their Ash Handling Systems & have also supplied 8 Nos. Vacuum Pump with spares to NTPC, Korba Super Thermal Power Project worth Rs. 50 lacs through M/s. DC Industrial Plant Services Ltd., Calcutta for their Ash Handling Systems.

Most of the manufacturers here follow American and British Practice for Blower construction. They select from two types i.e. Volume Blower and Industrial Exhauster. The selection is therefore limited at lower efficiency. Many times economy in first cost is achieved at cost of efficiency.

Vacunair follows German practice to offer seven types of aerodynamic designs. Each type has twenty sizes between 200 to 2000mm diameter.

This makes possible to select from wide range resulting in high efficiency. Each type is efficienct for a given capacity. Pressure and speed helps to select direct drive of synchronized speed without sacrificing efficiency.

Similarly for all Axial Fans, they have selection from seven hub ratio. This makes wide choice of sizes to achieve efficiency. Aerofoil blades with variable pitch adds to flexibility in selection and use.

They also manufacture Pneumatic Conveying System including Catalyst Loading & Unloading System and have supplied and commissioned at IOCL-Haldia, IOCL-Baroda, BPCL-Mumbai through L&T Ltd., Mumbai and Mathura Refinery through Daelim Engineering Co. Ltd., Gurgoan / Korea and RPL-Jamnagar, through Linde Process India Ltd., under the inspection of L&T, LRIS, EIL etc. and M/s. Numaligarh Refinery Ltd., Assam through M/s. Engineers India Ltd.

They are exporting the above said equipments to Bahrain, Bangladesh, Dubai, Nepal, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Srilanka, Tanzania, Zambia, etc.
